How do I change my e-mail address?
If you want to change your e-mail address, please log into your account and click on the "Update your personal information" link
on the navigation bar.
How do I change my password?
If you want to change your password, please log into your account, click on the "Update your personal information" link on the
navigation bar, and then click on the "Change your account password" link.
What is the phone number I can call for help?
Please refer to the Contact Us page on this website.
Statement/Correspondence FAQ
How do I discontinue this notification method and get statements mailed to me?
Click on the Cancel EPIC Service link in the left navigation bar of the website and follow the steps for canceling the service.
How do I look at my previous statement?
Any statements that were originally presented via EPIC may be viewed by Clicking on the Correspondence History link in the left navigation
bar of the website. Mailed statements can only be viewed by requesting another statement to be mailed to you.
How do I look at my Quarterly Interest Letter from several months ago?
Any Quarterly Interest Letters that were originally presented via EPIC may be viewed by clicking on the Correspondence History link in the
left navigation bar of the website and then click on the appropriate Quarterly Interest Letter link. Note: The website will only display
the past 13 months of EPIC correspondence.
What is an archived account?
An archived account is a history of the last 13 months of correspondence that was originally displayed via EPIC.
Why am I receiving paper notices when I enrolled in EPIC?
You may receive paper documents if we receive a bounced email notification when we attempt to deliver a message to you. Also, certain documents
are not sent via EPIC- they are only delivered by regular mail.
